Tremorworks project: Yurlungur
This is an Australian Aboriginal critter at the center of a male-oriented fertility cult. This large python-like serpent has a taste for women! Arm your Valkyries well, heroes, when you go to do battle with this Legend.
The patterns on the python were inspired by Maori facial tattoos, but it wound up looking more like a big, serpenty, Ukranian Easter egg. It definitely took me a long time to ink - about four and a half hours, but I really dig the design. If it was in full color, it would have all the colors of the rainbow.
