Finally, the fifth in the Stone Dragon series: Onyx Shadows.

...With very little that's really onyx-y. Sometimes it just needs to be purple, you know? And the colors ALWAYS get their way. They're spoiled children, really. ;-)

Ooh. Spiffy.

It seems flat. I wonder if a photograph with some side lighting would bring out the luster of the metallic paints?

Yeah, you're right about the flatness. I may try working with my digicam to bring out the highlights better - it works okay as a flat, decorative image for printing purposes, but there is definitely a difference between the original and the prints when I work with metallic inks. Thanks for the recommendation. :-)
