AvP: Toon Wars color by rachaelm5 AvP: Toon Wars color by rachaelm5
Requested piece for :iconmoldycheese:.

The dreaded Chibi Predator strikes again... And this time, he ain't meditating on the profundity of bony noggins.

I don't ususally do my coloring on the computer, but I wanted to keep the colors quick-looking - not quite cell-style and not my full-rendering technique that I use with traditional media. My lack of experience with computer coloring shows, as this one is a little garish even for me *wince*. In any event, I managed to keep it fun and simple.

Ok, I really have to do the picture of Aliens slaughtering Predators now. As one of these Alien campers around here it is my duty to show who's the boss. *And Predator campers say the same... :XD:*
Anyway, it is a very cute picture! Somehow reminds me of Looney Toones... Maybe due to the colorful and swirly background.

:giggle: He's having a grand time, kicking ass and looking cute in the picture. And this is the first I ever seen this in digital color (it looks like it was done in marker).

Thanks. I don't do a whole lot of digital color, so this one does look more simplistic than my normal fare. But it was fun, and I plan to do more practice with this kind of work in the future. :-)

WooT! Cartoony hijinks. :D And these colours really are a lot brighter than the ones you usually use.

But why the watermarks everywhere? Has someone been recently snitching your work once again?

Yeah, there was another recent spate of art thievery. I've decided to be obtuse about the watermarks from here on.
